Parallel sessions on the two key themes: each session will have a chairperson and a rapporteur, in addition to 3 invited speakers and 3 invited discussants. Each speaker will first make a “leading talk” on a particular theme (20 min), ideally approaching it from an innovative perspective. This talk is then followed by a discussion that is open to the floor (15 min). At end of the session, discussants will address the issues raised by the speakers and the floor (1 hour), under the moderation of the chairperson. The conclusions will be written and transmitted by the rapporteur.
